Business Development / Telmarketer

TelForce Group is looking for Business Development /Telemarketer

This is a  Direct Hire position- Fast Paced Environment

Work is in our Nashville, TN office- No remote work

• Base salary + Excellent benefits package up to $60k-$65k base
• Must have a Staffing Background 2-3 years minimum
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, ever-changing Staffing environment
• Making 50+ phone calls daily to potential Clients- Nationwide
• Local Nashville business meetings- No Travel outside of Nashville
• Utilize Client Tracking system to create pipelines of prospects
• First level screening of clients- via email and phone calls
• Excellent soft skills- phone usage, online software, Microsoft Office- Excel specifically
• Health insurance 100% paid (employee only) + 401k plan with 4% match
