Inside Sales & Loyalty Rep
TelForce Group is looking for an Inside Sales & Loyalty Rep to work Remote. This is a full time, direct hire position.
Inside Sales & Loyalty Rep Description:
- Takes part in Small Business customer acquisition, upgrade, retention and loyalty campaigns.
- Generate interest in the company by identifying and prospecting into small businesses.
- Leverage a professional, consultative sales process to ensure the best fit of products and services for Small Business customers and prospects; maximizing revenue and profitability for the company, while maintaining the highest ethical standards.
- Answer Small Business sales calls from all markets.
- Make outbound calls to assist current subscribers understand the benefits of buying additional services and committing to a term agreement.
- Field Small-Business disconnect calls in order to execute a “save” by reasserting the value of Consolidated services.
- Make outbound calls to prior subscribers in order to win them back as customers.
- Order Data Entry - Inputs orders in multiple OES-s, tracks each customer through to install and maintains customer database.
- Reports for work on time and maintains a satisfactory attendance record.
- Reports for work remotely from their primary residence
- Other projects as needed.
Inside Sales & Loyalty Rep Qualifications:
- 3+ years of customer service experience
- Inside/outside sales experience is a plus
- Telecom industry experience is a plus
- Experience dealing with resolving customers conflicts and disputes
- Working knowledge of sales tools and techniques
- Working knowledge of computers and ability to work concurrently in multiple applications while engaging in calls with customers
- A thorough understanding of billing and order entry systems in the telecommunications industry or similar work-related history in like type products
- Working knowledge in use of Word, Excel and Lotus Notes preferred
