TelForce Group is looking for a Senior Account Executive in the Des Dallas, TX area. This is a full time, direct hire position.

As a Senior Business Account Executive, you will be responsible for securing new customers and selling Broadband products and services to businesses.  The successful candidate must be self-motivated, results driven and have strong communications skills.

Senior Account Executive Description:

  • Spends time in the field and on the phone prospecting for and closing new business customer opportunities for the company.
  • Understands, and is able to sell, the entire company Broadband business product line, including voice, data, Internet, advanced TV, hosted phone systems, and Data Center/Disaster Recovery Services.
  • Responds to customer and prospective customer needs and requirements.
  • Has responsibility for revenue generation, through quotas specified in the Sales and Compensation plan.
  • Maintains daily, weekly, and monthly prospecting and funnel management activity through use of Company provided on-line CRM application.
  • Demonstrates products and services at trade shows and chamber events located at various sites in the metropolitan area and is expected to act as public representative for the Company at these events. Partner with the industry vendor community.

Senior Account Executive Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years of telecommunications, cable or directory sales experience
  • Must be familiar with various communication services and products, including Hosted Phone Systems, IPBX, and broadband network services
  • Must have a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with customers and other employees, and an ability to sell the Company's products and services
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, energetic, organized, and hardworking
