Albania started her career in the staffing industry working for a local Nashville staffing company. She spent the next 5 years as the Social Media Manager for a local auto dealer. Later in her career she was the Executive Assistant for three  Presidents at Asurion in the Nashville corporate office. She has a background of small business ownership, business Esthetics, Social Media Management, Event Specialist, and Executive Assistant. In her spare time she spends time with family, arts and crafts, and DIYs. Albania and her family immigrated to Tennessee from Nicaragua back in 1989.
