Mary is a Talent Acquisition Sourcer for TelForce in the corporate Nashville office. After working in professional childcare for 6 1/2 years and receiving her BS in Early Childhood Education, Mary began her professional recruiting career by sourcing and recruiting qualified nannies for a nanny agency local to Nashville. She has experience in high call volume, sourcing, recruiting, candidate screening, and maintaining and executing multiple aspects of the recruitment process.
