Phillis is a Talent Acquisition Manager for TelForce based in Orlando, FL. She worked for Telamon as a Program Manager where she gained her ISP telecom experience. Phillis managed and successfully delivered more than 150 Central Office and Telecom projects. She directed the recruitment process and selected outsource vendors to provide qualified candidates. Phillis most recently worked as a Project Management Consultant where she provided project management leadership and supervised the project navigation process. Phillis graduated from Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration & Management.
