Telemarketers / Candidate Sourcer

Employment Type: Direct Hire Position- Full Time

Location: Brentwood, TN Office (On-site only – no remote)

Key Responsibilities

We’re seeking motivated and energetic professionals

Make 75+ outbound calls daily to prospective clients and candidates

Prior Recruiting- Sales or Staffing experience is Required

Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is required

Conduct initial screening interviews for the recruiting team

Source candidates through social media platforms and job boards

Linked In- Indeed and other Job Boards

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
