Ron began his journey in communications as an OSP Design Engineer with BellSouth in East Tennessee. Over the next nine years, he expanded his expertise as an OSP engineering consultant with BellSouth, Sprint, and Verizon in the wireline sector, prior to the advent of wireless technology in commercial markets. In 1985, he transitioned to the staffing industry, focusing on recruiting and executive search services tailored to telecommunications. By 1991, Ron advanced into executive management, serving as Vice President with esteemed companies like Adecco/Ajilon, AFL, and KBR. His executive recruiting expertise spans both national and international wireline and wireless markets.

Throughout his diverse career, Ron has excelled in building, launching, and transforming organizations. He has developed and managed multi-million-dollar divisions for both private and publicly traded companies, overseeing operations with more than 400 staff and field employees. From marketing and business development to recruiting and leading mergers and acquisitions, Ron has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership and foresight in the telecommunications sector. His career highlights include launching new divisions, revitalizing underperforming companies, and optimizing the operations of established businesses.
