TelForce Group is looking for a Technical Director (Fiber)
Location: Charlotte, NC
Salary: $95K-$100K- based on experience
5–10 years of experience in telecommunications
Oversee technical quality, network deployment, and process improvements.
Manage core build procurement and provide technical support to operations.
Analyze network performance and implement solutions for service enhancements.
Assess subcontractor quality and ensure compliance with technical standards.
Assist IT department with internal network support.
