Point to Point Tower Techs (Microwave)

TelForce is seeking
Point to Point Tower Techs (Microwave)
Direct Hires 3x positions – Mahwah, NJ
Pay -$30 -$35 per hour + Overtime is available
Maintenance Window (after 4:00 pm daily & weekends)
Mileage paid for travel (site-to-site)
Reliable transportation is required
Certified to Climb towers must lift up to 50 pounds
Perform work on leased towers and rooftops
Experience with capstan operations and crane signaling
Proficiency in coax and fiber routing, grounding, and CAD welding
Strong problem-solving skills
Troubleshoot and repair or replace 3’ microwave dish/radios
Perform System testing
Valid Driver’s License – Background and Drug Test may be required
